To improve accuracy, SKC sought to minimize manual promotion creation to reduce potential errors. In response, the P&I (Promotion and Incentive System) was developed to automate the entire promotion lifecycle—from creation and internal approval to complex usage calculations for payments. By integrating seamlessly with other core systems, P&I effectively reduces data transmission time and manual intervention, while providing comprehensive reporting for both promotion performance and financial transparency.
