Background

The Construction Management System (CM) project is designed to manage PO-based workflows, verify on-site deliveries, and facilitate partner registration, with seamless integration into the BPM system for payment processing.

The project was initiated to resolve critical pain points from the legacy system, including :

• Disconnected Data : Inconsistencies between site and office data leading to misinformed management decisions.
• Outdated Blueprints : Use of obsolete construction drawings resulting in costly reworks.
• Inefficient Documentation : Slow and untraceable paper-based processes for RFI (Request for Information) and Material Approvals, prone to loss and delays.
• Lack of Real-time Visibility : Owners and PMs unable to see actual site progress, relying on delayed monthly reports.
