CTC Japan plans to establish an offshore development center within 1–2 years, targeting the capacity to handle 100 man-month OutSystems projects. A project
of this scale typically requires 2–3 development teams (3–5 members each), plus core leads for coordination. To evaluate the technical capabilities of potential
partners, CTC-JP commissioned the development of two sample applications: an Order Reporting Workflow System and a Medical Appointment System.
