Background

CTC Japan plans to establish an offshore development center within 1–2 years, targeting the capacity to handle 100 man-month OutSystems projects. A project
of this scale typically requires 2–3 development teams (3–5 members each), plus core leads for coordination. To evaluate the technical capabilities of potential
partners, CTC-JP commissioned the development of two sample applications: an Order Reporting Workflow System and a Medical Appointment System.

Application 1: Order Reporting Workflow System

✔️  Planner Scheduling Tool : Enables planners to efficiently schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments for doctors.


✔️  Physician Dashboard & Confirmation : Provides doctors with a personalized schedule view to confirm or decline appointments.


✔️  Google Calendar Integration : Automatically syncs confirmed appointments to Google Calendar and removes cancelled ones in real-time.


✔️  Master Data Management (Admin) : Centralized system for managing master data, including patient profiles, hospital details, and doctor/planner work schedules.
